How to sleep in ten minutes.


Have you you ever experienced sleeping problems, I am sure you had been going through this problem and that is why you are here. I have been trying to search for quickest and fool proof idea for this problem.

If you are restless, anxious, stressed out or may be tired and unable to fall asleep that means you are having sleeping problem.

But this symptoms continued and persistent that means you have insomnia. I am giving you full definition of insomnia, please go through it and then decide what is giving you trouble.Insomnia is a type of sleep disorder in which the person has trouble in one of the following areas of sleep: falling asleep, staying asleep throughout the night, or not being able to fall back asleep after a disturbance/awakening.

You can search it on internet and you will find lots and lots of treatment. But today I want to share my own tips and I am sure it will definitely help you.

‌1. Do thing which makes you really bored like if you do not enjoy reading books, take one and start reading.

2‌.Start writing. Take a pen and recall things which you have done through out last week and write it down.

3‌.Do relaxation, mediation, exercise, yoga or prayers.

Two things you must do in your life.

Life is way more complicated than you think, and it is not always as good as you want and even if you find success around, your own self will not let you allow to rest.
I am gonna share 2 things you must do in your life.

1. If have some kind of emotion for someone, do let him/ her know. I means if you are angry, happy, sad, disappointed or anything like that, just arrange your courage and say it.

2. Love someone or something. As you know this world is big enough and there are millions of things around you, so pick it up and make it special for you.
